Payment & Delivery
Payment
Prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude delivery charges. If items ordered are in stock, we will send you an email confirming
the order, along with the delivery charges and payment instructions. Delivery charges will be indicated on the order confirmation and will be added to the final invoiced
price.
Upon receipt of the order confirmation and billing details, please proceed to make payment by transferring the total invoiced amount to our bank account
POSB Account No.: 193-42779-0 within
2 days either via the ATM or internet banking.
Upon successful transfer of funds, please e-mail us the transfer confirmation reference number and the amount transferred for tracking purposes. Once payment has been
received, we will mail out your order on the next scheduled shipping date. We will also send you an email to inform you of the dispatch.
Our scheduled shipping days are
Tuesdays and
Fridays. Payment received by 12pm on Monday will be mailed out on
Tuesday and payment received by 12pm on Thursday will be mailed out on Fridays.
If payment is not received 2 days after we have sent out the order confirmation, the order will be deemed cancelled, and the
item will be put back on sale.
Delivery Charges
For normal delivery, standard mail will be used. For delivery within Singapore, indicative delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery charges are inclusive of proper packaging and shipping charges. Please note these charges are only indicative. Actual charges will be advised in our
confirmation email.
Local Orders
By default, all purchased items will be delivered by standard, local mail but for your own safety, you may opt for registered mail. We will advise the additional charges
for registered mail in the order confirmation.
International Orders
Shipping charges will be based on Parcel Rates from Singapore Post. We will confirm shipping/handling charges on the order confirmation. Payment can be made either
via Western Union or T/T to our bank account indicated under the section on
Payment. Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payment
have been received.
Please note that the invoiced price do not include any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed by your country. These charges will be collected when
your order is delivered and shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse international orders (outside Singapore) if there are extraordinary shipping costs or requirements.
