How to Measure

This section explains how to measure yourself accurately. To get accurate body measurements, use a tape measure, keeping the tape taut but not stretched. Get a friend to help, if possible, measuring your body over properly-fitting undergarments while standing erect, without shoes, and with feet approximately 6 inches apart.

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and EXCLUDES shipping charges. The price listed is for one item only, as described in the product description of the item. Any accessories shown on the model(s) like bags, brooches, necklaces, scarves, hats and other items shown in the photograph, are NOT INCLUDED, unless stated otherwise.
• Item is sold "As Is" per the Description listed on the item. Please review carefully before purchase. No returns/refunds upon purchase.
• Normal shipping will be via standard mail, at buyer's own risk. Rebel Inc will NOT BE responsible for items damage or lost in transit of delivery using standard mail. Registered mail is highly recommended.
• For items delivered via local registered mail service, a tracking number will provided for you to track the status of the shipment online.
• Measurements may differ slightly from actual items.
• Colours of items shown on the web may differ slightly from actual items due to differences in computer monitors hardware and its configuration.

Exchange Policy
Should there be any defect on the item received, or if a wrong item has been shipped, please email us NO LATER than 5 days from date of shipment.

• Detailed description of the defect/error. Please include a snapshot of the defect if possible.

For exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the original items back to us. We will pay the shipping to send you the replacement (Singapore orders only). In addition, please take note of the following requirements for exchange:

• Items must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels intact. It must not have been worn or washed, and must be repacked in the original packaging, including the packaging bag, and/or shopping bag.
• Items which show signs of tampering, having been worn, washed or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
• Pack fragile returns carefully as exchange will be allowed only if items arrive undamaged.

Feedback received beyond 5 days will not be entertained. The item will be considered sold and accepted by the purchaser, and no action will be taken by Rebel Inc. Please examine your purchases carefully upon receipt.

Please repeat SECTION B as appropriate for all items you are ordering. Should you require different shipping methods for different items within your order, please indicate clearly against each item, otherwise the shipping method selected in Section C will be taken for the entire order.


We will respond within 2 working days. If items ordered are in stock, we will confirm your order and advise delivery charges and payment instructions. Do note that prices stated on our website exclude packing and shipping charges. If an item is out of stock we will notify you, and should this occur, you will be given the option of modifying or cancelling your order.

Payment
Prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude delivery charges. If items ordered are in stock, we will send you an email confirming the order, along with the delivery charges and payment instructions. Delivery charges will be indicated on the order confirmation and will be added to the final invoiced price.

Upon receipt of the order confirmation and billing details, please proceed to make payment by transferring the total invoiced amount to our bank account POSB Account No.: 193-42779-0 within 2 days either via the ATM or internet banking.

Upon successful transfer of funds, please e-mail us the transfer confirmation reference number and the amount transferred for tracking purposes. Once payment has been received, we will mail out your order on the next scheduled shipping date. We will also send you an email to inform you of the dispatch.

Our scheduled shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Payment received by 12pm on Monday will be mailed out on Tuesday and payment received by 12pm on Thursday will be mailed out on Fridays.

If payment is not received 2 days after we have sent out the order confirmation, the order will be deemed cancelled, and the item will be put back on sale.


Delivery Charges
For normal delivery, standard mail will be used. For delivery within Singapore, indicative delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery charges are inclusive of proper packaging and shipping charges. Please note these charges are only indicative. Actual charges will be advised in our confirmation email.


Local Orders
By default, all purchased items will be delivered by standard, local mail but for your own safety, you may opt for registered mail. We will advise the additional charges for registered mail in the order confirmation.


International Orders
Shipping charges will be based on Parcel Rates from Singapore Post. We will confirm shipping/handling charges on the order confirmation. Payment can be made either via Western Union or T/T to our bank account indicated under the section on Payment. Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payment have been received.

Please note that the invoiced price do not include any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed by your country. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered and shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse international orders (outside Singapore) if there are extraordinary shipping costs or requirements.
